Use your burner on a level heatproof surface away from curtains and flammable materials. Please inspect your burners before every use and ensure there are no cracks or damage. Discontinue use immediately if your burner is damaged. Never leave your burners or candles unsupervised when in use. Check your burner is suitable for wax melts before using.
Please keep wax melts out of reach from children and pets. Our wax melts are safe to use around children and pets however, the fragrance oil in wax melts can be very harmful if ingested. If you have an exotic animal or animals such as reptiles/snakes or birds, or concerned at all whether these melts are suitable to use around your pets please seek advice from a veterinarian. Our wax melts may look and smell yummy but please, do not eat them!!. Please retain your wax melt packaging until your wax melt has been disposed of. All of our 'Safety Data Sheets' and CLP information is available upon request both pre and post purchase. If you have any concerns please contact us.
When using a tealight wax burner please use a 4 hour unscented tealight. Ensure the tealight is extinguished at 4 hours and you give your burner and wax time to cool before re lighting. Prolonged exposure to the heat can cause your burner to crack which can create fire risks. Prolonged exposure to heat will also cause your wax to get too hot and burn off the fragrance oil too fast, this will reduce the wax melts burn time that you can smell fragrance for and quality.
When using electric wax melt burners please visually inspect your burner before use, checking the wires, plugs and any other component for damages or breakages. If your burner is showing signs of damage please discontinue use immediately. Using a electric burner with our wax melts will produce a more subtle fragrance however, you can typically get a much longer burn time that you can smell the fragrance for.
