Please Read

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days. If you have not received your item within 10 working days of ordering please contact us. 

Please note due to the ongoing coronavirus situation Royal Mail are still experiencing some delays in areas due to staff self isolating. Once we have dispatched your item we are unable to make a claim with Royal Mail until 10 working days after dispatch so please be aware of this when placing your order. 

Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for address mistakes. We ask that you check your address is correct before completing your payment. 

You will receive an email stating when we have received your order and another email once your item(s) have been dispatched.

Our primary delivery service will be Royal Mail however, we reserve the right to ship with other services if necessary. 

Our standard shipping rates are 

Orders over £25 - Free

Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter - £2.00

Royal Mail 2nd Class Small Parcel - £3.00

Royal Mail 1st Class Large Letter - £2.50

Royal Mail 1st Class Small Parcel 1kg  - £3.70

Royal Mail 1st Class Small Parcel 2kg - £5.50

Local Delivery 

(Up to 5 Working days) 

local delivery is available for free in postcodes beginning with CH45 & CH44. There is a minimum spend of £6 for this service. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding local delivery. 

If your order is a local delivery please select this option at checkout rather than the Free over £25 option.
